My brother who lives in Australia says it is so hot that wild Koala Bears are asking cyclists for water and even coming to people's houses to cool off and get water. I'll share some of the photos he sent. They are sweet.
It must be very hot indeed for a wild animal to interact so closely with humans, who they usually don't trust for good reasons.
The dates on the photos aren't right, so I wonder if the camera calendar was set up properly or if they are old photos. I suspect the little Koala in the house must have been tamed. Perhaps orphaned young and brought up by humans? Well, whatever the truth of the matter, they are very cute.
Cute or not, you have to be careful when a wild animal acts like a tame one or a tame animal suddenly becomes aggressive, because both could be signs of a possible deadly Rabies infection.
