Sean and Fruit cake

I am a bit late making my Christmas fruitcake this year. As I mentioned earlier, I haven't been well, and didn't feel strong enough for all the creaming and beating involved, but help was at hand! Sean showed himself a man of many talents, and he mixed the butter and sugar with a will.



He also chopped the almonds. This cake was a joint effort, make no mistake. I think he is rather looking forward to tasting the fruit of his labours.
