Cinnamon Rolls - Coeliac friendly

Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls


  •  2 egg whites (powdered ones work well.  Follow instructions on the packet)
  • 8 oz ground almonds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 oz castor sugar
  • 1 level tablespoon cinnamon
  • Icing sugar

Beat the egg whites and salt until stiff.

Fold in sugar and ground almonds and cinnamon. 

Make mixture into balls and place on oiled baking sheet. Bake at 300F for 25 minutes.

Roll cooked balls in icing sugar.
