My mother arrived back home safe and sound. I had a chat with her and so did Wendy and Michelle. She is tired of course, but her flight was easier than she expected and she said she had a reasonable amount of sleep.
She will be taking Wendy to toddler group tomorrow, then dropping her off at Nursery school. Wendy made her promise to take her swimming too.
