Eskom Notice

Eskom is the South African Electricity Supply Commission, and it hasn't been working too reliably.  But we must be sensitive in the terms we use to complain.  This notice explains it:

Eskom would like to remind its customers that it is no longer politically correct to refer to power failures as "black outs"

Reference must now be made to "previously lit" areas.
