Today's Weather

Caelyn tells me that Hawkinge is cut off. The bus with the school children couldn't get up the hill. Dover College is closed, with no one answering at Reception or in the classrooms, so Nigel is not writing his Level 3 Electronics today. Radio Kent is broadcasting about Severe Weather Warnings and advising people to stay at home. There are reports of people in supermarkets panic buying. Hah! I did my panic buying earlier this week, so I don't have to go anywhere. Its a good excuse to have a restful day to recover my health a bit.
