Our Wilful Woozle is very sunny natured while she is having her own way but when something happens that she doesn't want to happen, she screams very determinedly. Michelle took her out in her pushchair yesterday and Wendy was gurgling with delight and having a great time. But just like before, when they arrived back here, she began screaming because she didn't want to come in just then. She got hold of my camera too and when she began treating it roughly, I took it from her gently and gave her something else to play with but she wasn't going to let herself be distracted so we had more screams! Caelyn says that at home she will lie on the carpet and sulk for a few minutes without a sound. Then she will get up and play as if nothing has happened.

It is excellent that Wendy knows her own mind and is not afraid to let her preferences be known, but we will have to find a gentle, loving way of dealing with it because she can't have her own way in everything. It won't be easy but it will have to be done.
