Recipe for Irish Cream (like Baileys)

Tastes just like the real thing!

450 mls whiskey
1 x 400g of evaporated milk
1 x 400g condensed milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp instant coffee ( optional )

Put it all in a blender
Blend for one min,
Put into screw top bottle and keep in fridge,

It will 'keep' in the fridge for 2 weeks if you can keep away from Temptation.

I wonder if this would work as a filling for home-made chocolates?

Or what would happen if you put a melted bar of dark chocolate in the mixture?
