Bits of News

Michelle started her training at Saga yesterday and she came home bouncy, happy, full of herself - and exhausted. Sean took her to Canterbury to buy a new Work Wardrobe as she is doing so well with her diet that none of her old clothes fit her any longer. He also took her broken bed and bedroom furniture to the Tip, so the single bed in my room will be moved into her room along with a new to us chest of drawers. The place in in the most unholy mess, with her clearing up!

Tomorrow my new bed will be delivered. The delivery company phoned to say it would arrive between 07h00 and 07h30! I don't DO mornings!! I will have to get up at about 6 so that I can have my two cups of tea, two cigarettes and a wash, because I can't bear people talking to me before that. It feels as if I am being assaulted! It is easier to get up early and have the tea than facing people later but tea-less. When it is up, I will put on it the exquisite quilt my sister made for me. It is beautiful, with the finest of stitching on wonderfully good soft fabric. So it will all be something of an occasion.

Caelyn and Nigel have been going to Parent and Baby groups in Dover and have been enjoying making new friends. Wendy has enjoyed it too so it will be good for that little family. Nigel is still enjoying his part time Motor Mechanics course on Mondays.

On Sunday, Tim, a computer expert, took my computer away to see if it can be fixed. I hope so, as I miss being online. I enjoy the Blog and the Siamese Cat Message Board, the two ME groups and an illcatholics group. However, I will just have to put up with it if my PC can't be fixed. Michelle likes her Skype and online friends too.

Lisa is coming to do my hair this evening - HOORAY!!
