There was already a festival air when I arrived in Yarmouth. The weather was as fine as had been predicted, which was quite a surprise. Up till Thursday we had had cold wet weather solidly for a couple of weeks, and usully you can count on the weather being foul when a specil weekend is on. Surprisingly it remained good for the whole weekend.
