I have been having a hard time health wise. Yesterday it was difficult to get through the Ash Wednesday Mass and I am thankful that I did because I'm really having problems today.
My muscles hurt and feel as responsive as jelly. I can't sit up at my computer any more. The housework will have to wait. There is nothing for it - I will just have to go back to bed and hope for the best.
I came to the computer to read my Daily Retreat and I came across Fr Mychal Judge's prayer
