M.E can kill. To call it "fatigue" is ridiculous. Sophia Mirza died of it, and on post mortem examination, her spinal cord showed inflammation with ganglionitis. M.E was put on her death certificate as a cause of death, as it was on Annabel Senior's. On post mortem, Lynn Gilderdale was found to have muliple severe disorders. Many patients, not believed by family, friends or the medical profession, kill themselves. This is likely to become even more common as the UK sickness benefits are being overhauled. Patients will have payments withdrawn and simply not be able to work and earn money of their own, and see no hope of survival.
The girl shown at the beginning of this short trailer is Lynn Gilderdale, may she rest in peace.
