The Beast is Back! Yippeee!!!!!!!!!!
It feels fantastic to have a sturdy set of wheels under my bum again.
I picked it up from my mother's place in Hythe this afternoon and the dog was excited too. It was a pleasant drive back along the seafront on a beautiful day. As soon as we got home, the exhausted dog settled down for a serious snooze. He loves going out on the Beast. I'm tired too but very happy.
I'll be able to do my own shopping again, and visit Carole L up her steep hill and see my mother in Hythe. It has so many safety systems that it is OK to drive in bad weather, unlike other models. I've been caught out in two snowstorms on the Beast in the past but I didn't worry because I knew she would get me home safely - and she did. Suddenly, life is showing me all sorts of wonderful pathways. I had missed her soooo much that having her back is quite exhilarating.
