Day in Eastbourne

My mum on her borrowed Shopmobility scooter.  We had a great day.

Even the dog enjoyed it.  In Folkestone, people are used to seeing him travelling on my scooter so we no longer have too much comment, but in Eastbourne they are not used to it, so all sorts of people were stopping to chat and telling him he is a lovely dog.  Naturally, being vain, he lapped it up.  He was exhausted at the end of the day though, and he slept in the car on the way back, then conked out again when we got home.

Michelle was visiting Lisa when we got back, and Caelyn and Nigel picked her up and brought her home because they had left some documents here that they would need early in the morning.  I had bought Wendy a red piggy bank in Eastbourne, and she loved it.  That little girl is such a sweetheart.

Michelle and I had a deep and uplifting time together after they went home.

What a good day!
