WooWoo came to visit

Nigel dropped Caelyn and Wendy off here when he went to pay their rent to their landlord.

Caelyn's News
Caelyn has been having gynae problems since Wendy's birth and her GP has dismissed her repeatedly with "there is nothing wrong". She really didn't want to see them about it again but she was desperate. Luckily the GP was training a junior Dr who was careful to take a history and then examine her properly. They discovered a birth injury high up that should have been stitched but wasn't. The wound has a chronic infection in it. She has started treatment and has to go back in a month's time, so thank God for the junior doctor wanting to impress his Professor. I am livid though. Why on earth was this wound only discovered 11 months after delivery? Why was she not properly examined at her post-natal checkup? I know that she has been to the Dr about it many times but no one bothered to take a look! So she has had pain and swelling and the effects of a chronic infection. How much has this unknown problem cost her in terms of her relationship with her husband and her baby? She says she is thankful that Nigel is such a good man because a lot of men would not have been half as helpful and tolerant. She has a great relationship with Wendy, but it might have been less of a struggle had she not had so much pain, discomfort and fatigue. This really isn't good enough, is it?

Michelle's News
Michelle got a great "WELL DONE" from her manager today because her sales were so fabulous that she is going to have someone sit with her to learn how to do it. Michelle as teacher? Yes. That girl could do whatever she sets her mind to. This is a great feather in her cap. She has done very well. And she is looking great too. Here is a photo of her with Wendy tonight.
