Mealtimes

Mealtimes are a family affair. They all sit together at the table. Wendy eats what her parents eat which could be cause for concern but isn't in this case because Caelyn doesn't use fats in cooking and she adds no salt either because of Nigel's cholesterol. Wendy has managed to get green beans all over her high chair tray. She couldn't stuff them in her mouth fast enough. The food in her bowl was Shepherd's Pie which Josie her great grandmother had made. It was Nigel friendly and great tasting at the same time.
