Surprise Visit

WooWoo came for a surprise visit today. Her Mum carried her in, asleep, and tucked her up in bed where she slept for a couple of hours. She was tired because of teething we think. Then my Mum popped in too so we had a nice visit.

Nobody stayed late because of the storms and gales. The BBC Weather said Folkestone was having gales at 70km per hour. Michelle and I watched Judge Deede tonight and enjoyed it. I am tired, headachy and nauseous which I am used to, but to add insult to injury, I have toothache. I have a Dental appointment in 3 weeks but if it gets worse I can get an 'emergency' visit if I phone at 08h30.

I've been speaking to Paul at Fairprice Mobility about having my scooter repaired. It will be wonderful to have it back as I can't walk around town and taxis are too expensive. (The small scooter hasn't got a strong enough battery to be able to transport shopping. It also hasn't the power to go up hills, and Folkestone is full of hills. It is good for sticking in a car boot and taking on holiday though, and I have been glad to have it while the Breeze has been laid up)
