I’ve just been talking to Michelle, saying that it is raining and that Mr Upstairs has parked diagonally so that I cannot get my scooter under its cover. It is £3000 worth of electrical appliance, and should not be parked in the rain. The cover itself was £265. That scooter acts as my legs, and I can’t get very far without it. The battery needs charging; just as well I didn’t connect it up to the electricity supply with the rain coming down.
We have decided that he is odd or perhaps not very well. He is curt to the point of rudeness. He put a dessert spoon on my steps. I knew it wasn’t mine, so I moved it on to his steps. Now there are two spoons there! He has parked the wheelie bin at right angles in the driveway. He has lined up chicken bones in a pattern outside our back door, and put food at the bottom of our front steps handrail. He persistently parks so that I can’t get my scooter in or out. When Ian dropped Michelle off, he was in his smaller bedroom with the light on. When he saw her getting out of the car, he turned the bedroom light off, but she could see him standing watching her in the dark because the passage light was still on. Why????????????
I don’t know if he is odd or ill, but one thing is for sure: he’s “not quite exactly”.
