Mum due back
Mum is due back from Norfolk at 21h30 tonight. She will be worn out from a whole day travelling on a bus. It is cold – snow is still lying on the ground, and puddles are still iced over. I have a Shepherd’s Pie to warm her.
I left Brakkie and Jenny here together today and when I got back, they were both waiting at the front door, and it seems they were good company for each other. They were both happy and fine, which makes me glad.
