It is really cold. It has been snowing all day. I went out and took some photos and to my surprise, it actually took pictures of snow as it was falling.
I was supposed to get a new second-hand Dyson delivered this evening, but of course Tony didn’t come – don’t blame him in this weather. It will be a DC04 and he will take my now defunct DC01 as a trade in for spare parts.
Tomorrow I make my last and final payment on the Beast, and it is a good feeling. If anyone who reads this Blog needs mobility equipment, I highly recommend Steve Wright at Fair Price Mobility. Their service is second to none, and they have a strong sense of ethics. And as Steve’s wife uses mobility equipment because of her Multiple Sclerosis, they really understand how much the equipment means to people who depend on it, so there is no messing about – ever. You can find them here:

I was badly ripped off by the company who sold me my first scooter and I later discovered that is the case for most first time buyers of mobility equipment. Some people are completely without conscience.
Sean and the kids went to see Margaret yesterday and are travelling back today. I hope they are safe – the roads look treacherous. I am really exhausted now, so am off to bed, hopefully with my Fat Cat who is a wonderful friend in winter.
